    What are the best guidelines for assigning roles for a meeting? What are the roles that occur across meetings? How does culture impact these?

    It may be useful to agree at the start who will take minutes, who will be any ‘expert’ speakers with specifically allocated agenda spot and of course identify the chairperson.

    Also, sometime useful to identify who leads on each topic which will help focus the discussion and lessen waffle by less informed persons.
