💡Review your meeting, preferably before everyone leaves, and ask: 1) What went well? 2) What didn’t go so well? 3) What should be done differently next time? and 4) What could we do more of, to make things even better?
💡 When running a brainstorming, follow these rules: 1) Freewheel;  2) Suspend judgement;  3) The more ideas the better;  4) Capture every idea;  5) Build on ideas previously proposed
💡 Take a photo of any whiteboard notes and (after you’ve checked the photo captures all the information you need) then wipe clean the whiteboard, before vacating the meeting room
💡 Ensure meeting notes are produced and circulated, preferably within 24 hours
