Very important to be aware of potential cultural consideration of the attendees.

There may be need for dietary provisions if providing meal or snacks e.g. kosher, halal, vegan etc.

There may be certain etiquettes to how to introduce people shaking of hands (or not) or how we exchange business cards or how we use titles of people…e.g. American, Japanese, Arabic visitors all usually have certain customs in these areas on meeting that differ from some of UK ones and many other nationalities possibly too so know your audience and as a courtesy check up on this ins advance. NB having said that do check with the visitors offices first as regardless of nationalities etc they still may prefer to just follow UK customs so don’t risk insulting people by assuming stereotype behaviours…ALWAYS check first.
